From a young age, women are encouraged to “tame their manes” with products and tools that cause some nastybuild-upand difficult-to-repair heat damage. One trend that is embracing our curls and most authentic selves is curly bangs. 2019 has brought the curly cousin of blunt bangs to the forefront of our thoughts, and we don’t mind at all.

I remember struggling whenI had bangs as a teenagerbecause I could never get them to lay quite straight enough or flat enough to look like the women I saw in the magazines.
