How to Start a Return

You can complete a return request via the self-service return option in your I AM & CO account.

All returned product must be received unused and unopened in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

If you receive a notification that your order is not eligible for an online return, please reach out to an I AM & CO staff member for assistance.

What’s Your Return Policy?

All return requests must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. All returned product must be received unused and unopened in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be provided to the original form of payment excluding the cost of delivery except where otherwise required by law. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

How Long Does it take to Receive a Refund?

Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Gift card refunds will be available right away on your original gift card.
