How to Start a Return

You can complete a return request via the self-service return option in your I AM & CO account.

What’s Your Return Policy?

You have 30 days from the day your order is marked delivered by the shipper to request a return. All returned product must be received unused and unopened in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Gift returns must be requested within 30 days of the order marked delivered by the shipper. All refunds for gift orders are provided via an I AM & CO digital gift card. 

If you receive a notification that your order is not eligible for return, please reach out to an I AM & CO staff member for assistance.

All refunds will be provided to the original form of payment excluding the cost of shipping, except where otherwise required by law. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or support for I AM & CO products purchased outside of iamandco.com. Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase for assistance.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

How Long Does it take to Receive a Refund?

Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Gift card refunds will be available right away on your original gift card.
