What About Customs Fees & Duties?
For international customers, your country may charge customs fees or taxes for you to receive your package. The charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:
- The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
- Duties charged for processing by your country.
I'm Having Tracking Number Issues.
Sometimes tracking numbers can take a few extra days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't updating at all after several business days, please contact customer service so that we can help you!
For some tracking number scanning errors, the shipper may need to pull the package and manually enter tracking updates into their tracking system; please note that this manual process can cause delays.

Oops! I Provided the Wrong Shipping Address!
FYI, we ship orders out FAST. Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday ship same-day and we're unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your package is processed for shipment.

My Package Was Returned to Sender
If your package is marked returned to sender we will refund your original order less a restocking fee so that you can place a new one. Unfortunately, we're unable to automatically reship packages marked "returned to sender."
Returned to sender packages are a rare occurrence. Our goal is for you to enjoy our products, so please do us a favor and double-check your shipping address at checkout and ensure there are no issues with your local postal service delivering packages to you.
U.S. Packages Returned to Sender
U.S. domestic packages returned to sender for any reason are assessed a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. This restocking fee covers the fee the shipper automatically charges for the return.
International Packages Returned to Sender
A $15 USD restocking fee is applied to returned to sender international packages.
Refused international packages or packages marked "returned to sender" for any reason are unfortunately destroyed by your country's customs and are not returned to the United States or I AM & CO.
This includes but is not limited to: packages not delivered due to unpaid duties and taxes, package refusal, or undeliverable shipping addresses.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on items that are 100% unopened and undamaged within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return
Return your order using your preferred shipper to our authorized Returns Shipping Address.
Make sure you use a trackable service and wrap the package with care to prevent damage or loss in transit.
Once we receive your return, and it is inspected, refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment.
If you purchased I AM & CO products from one of our retailers you will need to request a return directly with that retailer.

Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
