What About Customs Fees & Duties?
Your country may charge customs fees or taxes for you to receive your package. The charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:
- The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
- Duties charged for processing by your country.

U.S. Packages Returned to Sender
U.S. domestic packages returned to sender for any reason are refunded back to your original form of payment less a $10 restocking fee + original shipping fees.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address provided at checkout is 100% accurate and that the physical location is deliverable.
Returned to sender packages are a rare occurrence. Our goal is for you to enjoy our products, so please help us by double-checking your shipping address at checkout and ensuring there are no issues with your local postal service delivering packages to you.
International Packages Returned to Sender
International packages returned to sender for any reason are refunded back to your original form of payment less a $20 restocking fee + original shipping fees.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address provided at checkout is 100% accurate and that the physical location is deliverable.
Refused international packages or packages marked "returned to sender" for any reason are unfortunately destroyed by your country's customs and are not returned to the United States or Fortunate Goods.
This includes but is not limited to: packages not delivered due to unpaid duties and taxes, package refusal, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

How to Start a Return
You can complete a return request via the self-service return option in your I AM & CO account.
All returned product must be received unused and unopened in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
If you receive a notification that your order is not eligible for an online return, please reach out to an I AM & CO staff member for assistance.
What’s Your Return Policy?
All return requests must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
How Long Does it take to Receive a Refund?
Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Gift card refunds will be available right away on your original gift card.
