Customs Fees & Duties

Canada may charge customs fees or taxes for you to receive your package. The charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
  2. Duties charged for processing

  • We are not responsible for shipper delays. We, unfortunately, do not have the ability to influence shipper transit times or delays. 
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • We offer two ways to help you edit your shipping address before your order ships. You can edit your shipping address from inside your I AM & CO account or you can edit it from your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order ships.

 

Secure Delivery Policy

  • We are not responsible for packages that go missing or are stolen after they are marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • To help ensure safe receipt, we recommend designating a secure delivery location, signing up for delivery alerts, and prompt package retrieval.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • You have 30 days from date of delivery to submit a return request. 
  • All returned product must be received unused and unopened in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • All refunds will be provided to the original form of payment excluding the cost of delivery except where otherwise required by law.
  • If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
  • Items must be returned in order to be eligible for refund.
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  • To start a return, log into your  I AM & CO account and utilize the quick self-service return option.
  • All returned product must be received unused and unopened in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • If you receive a notification that your order is not eligible for an online return, please contact us for assistance.

 

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed after return receipt.
  • Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Your banking institution determines how long a refund takes to appear.
  • Gift card refunds will be available right away on your original gift card.
