Q: Do you have a store I can visit IRL?
A: We don’t have a brick and mortar store, but you can find us in stores across the country. Check out our Stockist Map to see if a retailer near you carries our products.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 3 business days. Once your order is on the way, we’ll email you tracking info so you can follow along.
Q: Oops, I made a mistake with my shipping address — what can I do?
A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can update your shipping address directly from your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account. We're not responsible for incorrect addresses, but if you catch it quickly, you may be able to fix it before your order heads out.
Q: Can I add a gift message?
A: Definitely. Just add a free gift message during checkout — we’ll print it on the packing slip (no prices included).
Q: Are your products made by you?
A: Some are — and they’re made right here in the U.S. We also curate from brands that match our feel and vibe, so everything you see is handpicked to bring joy and inspiration.

A: If a product is sold out, click the “Email Me When It’s Back” button on the product page. We’ll send you a heads-up if and when it returns.

A: Our team is based all over the U.S., and all orders ship from our centrally located warehouse in Kansas City, MO — which helps us deliver more efficiently across the country.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. After that, changes may not be possible.
